According to the regulations of Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao journalists are required to hold a Hong Kong and Macao Journalist Interview Card issued by the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the People's Republic of China (LOCPG) and the All-China Federation of Journalists (ACFJ) to enter Hong Kong for interviews. There are time limits and location requirements.
