I entered the entertainment industry before graduating from college, and since then I’ve been working in the entertainment and cultural sectors. Over the years, I’ve participated in numerous large-scale entertainment events in Sichuan and have been constantly learning from my mentors, but I still have many of my own ideas and insights regarding these programs and events. I hope to combine what I’ve learned with my own ideas about entertainment. Over the past few years, I’ve been constantly reflecting, learning, exploring, and improving. My mentors are all top-tier figures in the industry, both nationally and internationally, and they’ve all been guiding me. I’m very grateful for their guidance. I’ve always believed that by working diligently, and acting with sincerity—only by creating excellent work can we truly win people over. Over the years, we have consistently released music and video productions. As a result, our company has attracted the finest young musical talents from Southwest China to join us in building this venture, working hard together, and striving collectively for the advancement of China’s music and cultural industries. Since its founding, the company has introduced over 100 entertainment talents to the industry and provided more than 1,000 artistic talents to the Southwest’s entertainment and cultural sectors. Meanwhile, our talent placement rate within the industry stands at 120%, and we have supplied tens of thousands of entertainment professionals to numerous national satellite TV stations and major web portals. You all witnessed the “Campus Female Idol Grand Finale” in person. I believe it was a meticulously organized event with formal procedures, rigorous selection, and high standards. Everyone agreed that the performers and singers on stage were of a very high caliber, and the judges were top-tier national-level industry heavyweights. It truly would have been a shame to eliminate any of them, but it couldn’t be helped. After more than two months of competition, over 40 contestants made it to the Grand Finale. Ultimately, only 16 could be selected to represent Sichuan at the national level and join our “City Star-Making Program.” You all saw my final performance—I was moved to tears. We hugged each other and cried together—it was deeply moving. Organizing such a large-scale event independently is truly difficult, but we pulled through. As the producer and executive director, I didn’t want any of them to be eliminated, but the selection process itself is inherently brutal—we had to uphold the criteria, standards, and principles, because they represent the pride of nearly 100 million people in Sichuan, and we hope to showcase the highest level of Sichuan’s entertainment industry to the nation. Throughout these past two months, hardly anyone on our team has had a full night’s sleep. But we all feel that the effort was worth it and very meaningful.
