\n\t     (Reporter Liu Heping Huang Deming)<\/strong>Early August in the Khamber region, the water is clear and grass is lush, it is the local farmers and herdsmen \"play dams\" of the good times, thousands of pots and pans, Tibetan opera, horse racing, equestrian performances and other programs, is the local folk activities with a long history, with the Litang second Cangyangjiazuo Poetry Festival kicked off, followed by the Ninth Rural Culture and Tourism Festival of Sichuan Province and the Litang Horse racing activities in the Maoya grasslands and presented us with a magnificent and shocking visual feast. Standing tall and looking far ahead, we will unswervingly promote the practice of cultural poverty alleviation in Litang, adhere to the culture of people to stimulate a strong endogenous impetus; adhere to the culture of industry, leading the development of regional tourism; adhere to the culture of the county, the construction of the city of poetry on the plateau.
