     The National Foreign Culture Trade Base and Beijing Tianzhu Comprehensive Free Trade Zone Culture Bonded Park is a national foreign culture trade service platform established by the Ministry of Culture and Beijing Municipality under the framework of cooperation between the Ministry and the city, and officially licensed by the Ministry of Culture. According to the deployment of Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Beijing Cultural Investment and Development Group has been fully responsible for the development of the National Foreign Cultural Trade Base since July 2017, and newly established Beijing Cultural Investment International Holding Company Limited as the main body of investment construction and operation management of the base. The base is located in Beijing Tianzhu Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, adjacent to the Capital International Airport, covering an area of 235 mu (157,000 square meters), with a total construction area of about 500,000 square meters.
