We put forward the concept of "Wine Artist", which refers to the professional title of knowing certain professional wine knowledge and serving in the terminal, a person is a professional post, and many people will become an industry in the future, and I am convinced that the future of this industry is bright; we put forward the concept of "Chinese Wine Meal", which is constructed in contrast to the Western Wine Meal, the culture of Chinese Wine Meal has been disconnected after the beginning of the 1911 Xinhai Revolution, and there has been no system for the State Banquet and the public dining table.
