The Golden Hall on the third floor of the Great Hall of the People is an important place for leaders of the Party and the State to receive foreign dignitaries and ambassadors to present their credentials, and is truly the "First Hall of the Great Hall of the People".
Our publication Beijing3moon16(Chief Reporter Wang Chiyun reporting live)3moon16After the closing of the fourth session of the twelfth National People's Congress in the morning of Sunday, Premier Li Keqiang met with Chinese and foreign journalists covering the fourth session of the twelfth National People's Congress in the Great Hall of the People on the third floor of the Golden Hall and answered questions raised by journalists.
[Fu Ying]: Hello everyone, today we are honored to have Premier Li Keqiang meet with Chinese and foreign journalists. There are still quite a lot of journalists here today, so please ask each named journalist to ask one question at a time, so that we can have more opportunities. Now I would like to invite Premier Li Keqiang to say a few words.
[Li Keqiang]: Welcome to the press conference, and thank you for your attention and hard work on China's two sessions. As the moderator said earlier, time is limited, so let's go straight to the point.
1Talking about financial markets
◆ Failure to develop the real economy is the biggest risk to finance
◆ To promote market-oriented and rule-of-law reforms
◆ There must be no laxity in financial regulation
◆ Strive for the opening of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect this year
[Reuters reporter]: The recent fluctuations in China's stock and currency markets have caused great concern among international investors. May I ask Premier, what do you think are the major problems and challenges that China's financial market is currently facing? What are the Chinese government's plans for the future development of the financial market and strengthening supervision? What will be the key reform measures for the stock and currency markets and the bond market? Will the recent market volatility affect the progress of the reforms? Will the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect be launched within the year?
[Li Keqiang]: Please ask the first question, you put the stock market exchange market and other financial market problems as the "head of the gun", but also understandable. Because many financial problems are often manifested earlier than the occurrence of economic problems. But the primary task of finance is still to support the development of the real economy, the real economy does not develop, is the biggest financial risk. Last year we took a series of measures such as interest rate cuts, quota cuts, targeted reductions and other measures, this is not quantitative easing, we always pay attention to grasp the money supply of the right amount of slack, mainly to reduce the cost of financing the real economy. So financial institutions should still focus on supporting the real economy, especially the healthy development of small and micro-enterprises, and must not be off the real to the virtual.
Of course, finance has its own laws and risks should be guarded against. I am more concerned about the financial institutions themselves. Last year, the ratio of non-performing loans of financial institutions was on the rise due to the operating difficulties of some industries and enterprises. But we have the ability to withstand risks, because the capital adequacy ratio of commercial banks exceeded13%The provisioning coverage ratio is higher than international standards and is at180%This is higher than what we have set150%standards. And we can also use market-based instruments to reduce the debt ratio of enterprises. The high corporate debt ratio is an old problem because China is dominated by indirect financing, but we also have a relatively high savings rate for residents. Even so, no matter what kind of market fluctuations occur, we still have to firmly develop a multi-level capital market, and we can also gradually reduce the leverage ratio of enterprises by means of market-oriented debt-to-equity conversion.
Last year, due to multiple factors, China's stock market experienced abnormal volatility, and the relevant parties took comprehensive market stabilization measures, in fact, to prevent the occurrence of systemic financial risks, which has been done. What is the next step? Two days ago, our newly appointed Chairman of the Securities and Futures Commission has already elaborated on specific issues, and I will not expand on this because of time constraints. Whether it is the stock market, bond market, foreign exchange market these financial markets, essentially the market, or to promote market-oriented, rule of law reform. Of course, the government has the responsibility to regulate, now look, with the changing situation, the need to reform and improve our financial regulatory system, to achieve full coverage, because now there are many financial innovation products, can not leave regulatory gaps; to enhance coordination, because the financial market products are more highly correlated with each other, the coordination of authority, but also to achieve the consistency of power and responsibility. The relevant central departments and localities should be layered with responsibilities, and problems should be dealt with in a timely manner to prevent the spread of incipient problems, and of course, moral hazards should not be tolerated. In short, it is still necessary to keep an eye on the "eyes of fire" to strengthen supervision.
I would also like to take this opportunity to emphasize that improving and reforming the financial regulatory system is a process, and that all relevant departments and local authorities should perform their duties in accordance with their established functions, and that they should be responsible for their own duties, and that they should not slacken off, and that they should also sum up their experiences and lessons learned, which is also a way to protect the legitimate rights and interests of financial consumers and investors, or else they will have to take you to task.
We have already opened the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect, which has accumulated relatively rich experience and has been shown in practice to be beneficial to both places. The Mainland and Hong Kong are now in close consultation, striving to open the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect this year.
2Talking about China's economy
◆ Difficulty and hope go hand in hand, and hope outweighs difficulty
◆ Confidence that China's economy will be good in the long run, confidence is not in the air
◆ China's new momentum is being generated, and it's exceeding expectations
◆ There are innovative macro-control tools that can stabilize China's economic performance
[Xinhua News Agency reporter]: Hi Premier, my question is also related to the economy. Since the beginning of the year, the world's economic and financial situation has been very unstable, and China is also facing greater downward pressure, and some people worry that China's economy will go all the way down, and even hit the6.5%This line will not only affect our own comprehensive development and construction of a well-off society, but also drag down the world economy.
[Li Keqiang]: How do I remember last year, Xinhua News Agency reporter asked questions not only on behalf of itself, but also hit other titles, this year there is only one, you are asking a big question. But you let me agree to say that China's economy will not be able to complete the main economic goals that have been set, that is impossible.
It is true that the world economy is now experiencing a sluggish recovery, and the Chinese economy, which is deeply integrated into the world economy, will be affected and impacted. The Chinese economy itself is also undergoing transformation, and some long-accumulated contradictions are coming to the fore, so it is true that the downward pressure is continuing to increase. There is a very obvious feature, that is, the trend of regional and industry divergence. I remember not long ago to see a foreign media reports, said to China's heavy chemical enterprises, feel the economic downturn, and to the science and technology city to see, where the scene is hot, as if the economy is still in double-digit growth, which is similar to some of the feelings we went down to the research. This is similar to some of the feelings we had when we went down to do some research. In essence, it shows that the Chinese economy is characterized by both difficulties and hopes, and that if we look at the bottom line and the general situation, the hopes outweigh the difficulties.
We are confident that China's economy will improve in the long run, and this confidence is not out of the blue, because we firmly believe that as long as we insist on reform and opening up, China's economy will not have a "hard landing". Because the Chinese market still has great potential, the people can be said to have infinite creativity, and our government does still manage some of the things that should not be managed, the development of productivity constraints. At the same time, the regulatory aspects of safeguarding a level playing field are not fully in place. Therefore, by promoting reform, we can stimulate greater vitality in the market and greater creativity of the people, and expand the space for the hard work and wisdom of hundreds of millions of people, so that we can withstand the pressure of China's economic downturn.
Structural supply-side reforms like the simplification of government and tax cuts that we are promoting will unleash market dynamism. At the same time, China's new momentum is being generated, and it is exceeding our expectations. China's economic growth has been slowing down over the past few years, but we have still achieved relatively full employment, with new urban jobs created last year.1300More than 10 million people, and in January and February of this year our service sector grew by another8.1%This includes high-tech areas such as research and development, which has also led to the transformation of traditional kinetic energy. Our traditional kinetic energy still has great potential, because we are in the process of industrialization, urbanization, industrial upgrading space, new urbanization is the largest domestic demand, especially in the central and western regions, there are still many effective investment needs. If we combine the cultivation of new kinetic energy with the transformation and upgrading of traditional kinetic energy to form the "double engine" of China's economy, we will overcome the difficult passes and leap onto the plateau of hope.
Of course, the trend of the world economy is still uncertain and factors of instability are increasing, but we have policy reserves. Last year was a year when the world economy6With the lowest growth rate in years, we still achieved7%Instead of using "flooding and irrigation" type of strong stimulus, we have chosen a more difficult but sustainable path, which is to promote structural reforms. China's economy will still experience small, short-term fluctuations in the course of development, but if the economy slips out of the reasonable range, we have innovative macro-control tools to stabilize China's economy.
The stress tests we have undergone can also be considered valuable experience. I believe that under the strong leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, with Comrade Xi Jinping as its General Secretary, the implementation of the new development concept, and the concerted efforts of the entire nation, we will be able to achieve a good start to the thirteenth five-year plan, which will bring a warm wind to the world.
3discuss US-China relations
◆ China Becomes America's Largest Trading Partner
◆ The healthy development of China-U.S. relations should follow the principles of equal treatment and mutual benefit and win-win situation.
◆ For differences, there are hundreds of dialog and exchange mechanisms between China and the U.S.
◆ I believe that the general trend of China-U.S. relations will not change.
[NBC reporter]: Mr. Premier, in your government work report you put forward a series of measures to stabilize China's economic growth, which will help the world economy. But at the same time there is an uncertainty that there seems to be some differences on certain issues between China and the United States, the two largest economies in the world. Mr. Premier, what measures do you think should be taken to improve China-U.S. relations? How does China respond to a number of concerns on the U.S. side on issues including market access, investment restrictions, fair treatment of U.S. businesses, and fair trade so as not to cannibalize U.S. domestic jobs, as well as other concerns raised by some of the candidates in the U.S. presidential election?
[Li Keqiang]: China and the United States have a wide range of common interests, but of course there are also differences, some of which are still relatively sharp, it goes without saying. For some time many people have been talking about the differences between China and the United States, but tend to ignore an important thing that happened between China and the United States last year, that is, China has become the largest trading partner of the United States, with a trade volume of nearly5600billion dollars, which in itself shows that the common interests of China and the United States are expanding and far outweigh the differences.
How to make China-United States relations move forward in a healthy way, I think we should still follow the principle of equal treatment and mutual benefit and win-win situation. Now both China and the United States have indicated that they will actively promote the negotiations on the China-US investment agreement, and we will liberalize or gradually liberalize the access thresholds of the United States side to Chinese investment, but this should be in the opposite direction, and the opening up of the two sides should be on an equal footing. So we also hope that the U.S. side, in the process of negotiating the China-U.S. investment agreement with us, will be able to advance on the principle of equality and win-win situation. I believe that the common interests between us will continue to expand. As for the differences that arise, there are hundreds of dialog and exchange mechanisms between us, and as long as we are sincere and manage our differences well, I believe that the common interests between China and the United States will continue to expand. In the process of expanding China-U.S. cooperation, the amount of differences will increase, but the proportion will decrease. Deepening cooperation between China and the United States will not only benefit China and the United States, but also the world.
The development of China-United States economic and trade relations has never been a win-win situation, and this is something that American businessmen know best in their hearts. Now the United States is holding a general election, which is very lively and eye-catching, but no matter who the winner is and who will be the president in the end, I believe that the general trend of China-US relations moving forward will not change. China and the United States have established diplomatic relations for decades and have gone through a lot of storms, but it is a general trend for China-United States relations to move forward.
4talk about old age
◆ Difficulties in pension payments occurring in individual places are a local problem and a momentary emergency
◆ Localities must do their part, and the central government must urge that pensions be paid in full and on time
◆ In the overall long term, the Chinese government has no problem guaranteeing pension payments to Chinese citizens
◆ Providing for the elderly will not, and must not, be an empty word.
[Reporter for China News Service and China News Network]: It is understood that some places are now experiencing difficulties in paying pensions, and some cities and counties are relying on loans to pay pensions. May I ask the Premier whether the central government is sitting back and doing nothing or is it prepared to pay for them?
[___
Li Keqiang]: The question you raised is indeed very sharp, to tell you the truth, there are indeed individual places have occurred the problem of pension payment difficulties, but this is a place of difficulty, a moment of urgency. China is now implementing the pension provincial coordination, the provincial government has the responsibility and ability to raise funds through multiple parties to ensure that the payment of pensions, there are indeed outstanding difficulties, as long as the local government has done its best, the central government will give subsidies. In the past three years, the central government has taken in trillions of yuan, with the proviso that the localities must do their part, and that the central government must supervise the payment of pensions in full and on time.
We all have to retire, we all need to retire one day, and here I would like to make a peace announcement that in the overall long term, the Chinese government has no problem in guaranteeing pension payments to Chinese citizens. Last year we had a surplus of income and expenditure on pension insurance.3400More than a billion dollars in cumulative savings34000More than a billion dollars, and we also have the nation's social security fund reserves16000The Government has not moved a single billion dollars, and at the same time it has been able to allocate State assets to enrich the pension fund. Therefore, it can be said with certainty that providing for the elderly will not and must not be an empty phrase.
5Talking about decentralization
◆ To reduce the "pain" of government power in exchange for the "pleasure" of enterprises and the public.
◆ This year, we should be determined to cut down a number of approval matters, and directly to the market
◆ Decentralization does not mean indulgence
[Reporter from People's Daily, People's Daily Online and People's Daily Client]: You just mentioned stimulating market vitality through decentralization, so I would like to ask a question about decentralization. We note that the reform of decentralization has been carried out for several years, but there are some enterprises and the public reflect that it is still difficult to do a lot of things, especially some things in the process of handling the feeling of not being able to find the door. May I ask the Premier what you are going to do next to address this phenomenon and problem?
[Li Keqiang]: I'm glad to be able to kill three birds with one stone, but it's not a fight, it's an answer. Decentralization can be said to be the key to the transformation of government functions, three years ago right here, I had made it clear that the current government to reduce the number of approvals to achieve the1/3This goal has now been realized ahead of schedule. According to the third-party assessment, most enterprises and the public are still satisfied with this, but at the same time, it is true that there are still many problems and higher expectations.
At present, we still have a relatively large number of approval matters, and among the matters retained, there are many standards that are not uniform. A few days ago I went to a delegation to participate in the deliberation, there is a representative said they want to run a combination of medical care of the elderly institutions, the masses are very welcome, but this involves the access to the elderly institutions, medical insurance, fee approval, etc., have to run more than one department, the key is that the standards of these departments are not uniform, so he was confused, like you said can not find the door. This in itself binds the development of the industry, but also inhibits the demand for mass consumption.
Therefore, decentralization must be consistent, where problems are encountered, we must try to solve the resistance, which is to cut departmental interests. We are to reduce the government's power to "pain" in exchange for enterprises and the public to do things "cool". This year, we should be determined to cut down a number of approval matters, and directly to the market, even if it is necessary to approve the procedures should be simplified.
In particular, it is necessary to promote the harmonization of standards. We have been promoting the reform of the commercial system in the past two years, from the unification of licenses to one license and one code, which is a process of standardization. The result has inspired a great deal of public enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, that is, until now, there are still nearly every day3Ten thousand market players were born. If this area can do it, why can't other areas do it? That is why they have to be given hard tasks and timetables. Not only that, there are quite a number of licenses that are unnecessary, and they have to be cut in half this year as well.
Unreasonable documents that have no basis in law to affect the enthusiasm of the masses in starting their own businesses and even jeopardize the interests of the masses should be resolutely cleaned up and repealed if they should be repealed. Of course, when we say decentralization, we do not mean laissez-faire. Regulatory measures to create a level playing field must be put in place, and capricious and arbitrary inspections must also be prevented, so that decentralization can be more effective, so that productive forces can develop and the masses can benefit. We also need to promote the optimization of services, such as open government plus the Internet, so that the public can do less errands and still be able to get things done.
6discussing Hong Kong
◆ Hong Kong will maintain long-term prosperity and stability
◆ believing that the SAR Government has the ability and the people of Hong Kong have the wisdom to deal with the various complicated problems and situations encountered by Hong Kong
◆ As long as it is conducive to the long-term prosperity and stability of Hong Kong and the well-being of the people of Hong Kong, and as long as it is proposed by the SAR Government, China will not be held responsible.
The central government is fully supportive.
Phoenix TV reporter]: My question is about Hong Kong. In the last one or two years, when we returned to the Mainland from Hong Kong, the most frequently asked question was "what is wrong with Hong Kong". I think this sentence also contains many layers of meaning. Not long ago, on the first day of Lunar New Year, a riot broke out in Mong Kok, which also highlighted some of the problems in Hong Kong society. At the same time, the economic growth rate of Hong Kong is slowing down. Hong Kong will be reunited with China next year.20anniversary, Phoenix TV from its establishment to this year has also been20anniversary, it can be said to have witnessed the development of Hong Kong after the reunification. At present, in the Hong Kong community, everyone is discussing where the way out for Hong Kong lies in the future. So may I ask the Premier, in your opinion, what exactly is the way out for Hong Kong? Will the Central Government introduce new measures to support the development of Hong Kong?
[Li Keqiang]: If you are asked again what is happening to Hong Kong, I suggest you answer: Hong Kong will maintain long-term prosperity and stability. The Central Government's policy of "one country, two systems", Hong Kong people ruling Hong Kong and a high degree of autonomy has not and will not change. Moreover, we believe that the SAR Government has the ability and the people of Hong Kong have the wisdom to deal with the various complicated problems and situations encountered in Hong Kong.
When it comes to development, this is a need for Hong Kong itself as well as for the country. Of course, Hong Kong's development depends on its own efforts. Last year, as a developed economy, Hong Kong's economic growth2.4%This is not low. Hong Kong can still give more play to its own advantages, and of course, it can also seize the opportunities arising from the development of the Mainland. As long as it is conducive to the long-term prosperity and stability of Hong Kong, and conducive to the enhancement of the well-being of the people of Hong Kong, the Central Government will give full support to anything proposed by the SAR Government. I am optimistic about the prospects of Hong Kong.
7Talking about the national network of medical insurance
◆ These things may seem like specific things, but for the person or family who encounters it, it could be a matter of great importance
◆ This year basically solves the direct settlement of medical treatment within the province.
◆ Strive to spend two years to enable direct settlement of hospitalization expenses for the elderly across provinces and in other places
[China Daily reporter]: Before the start of the current two sessions, we launched an online poll "I ask the Premier questions". So far, a large number of netizens have participated in the poll, and ten major issues have been selected, all of which are closely related to people's livelihoods. So far, the first one is to speed up the promotion of the national network of medical insurance. There are1000More than 10,000 netizens voted for this question, and they are probably watching the live stream and waiting for your answer. So my question is Prime Minister, do you have a timetable for solving this problem?
[___
Li Keqiang]: First of all, I would like to thank you for using online voting to understand the difficulties of people's livelihoods and to give questions to the government, which also helps the government to improve its work. I have often heard the things you just mentioned. Some elderly people live with their children in different places after retirement and also help take care of the third generation, but when they are sick and hospitalized they still have to go back to their original place of work to get reimbursement. These things may seem to be specific, but for the people or families who come across them, they may be a matter of great importance.
The Government is determined to promote the national health insurance network. On the basis of basically solving the problem of direct settlement for medical treatment in other places within the province this year, we will strive to spend two years to enable direct settlement of hospitalization expenses for the elderly in other places across provinces, so that the problem of sensible and reasonable settlement in other places will no longer be a pain point for the public. Of course, this requires great efforts on the part of our various departments concerned. What is the purpose of our governance? The starting and ending point is still to improve people's livelihood, that is, to let the voices and demands of the masses on people's livelihood force our development, and promote and test our reforms.
8Talking about open government
◆ What should be disclosed should be disclosed in full; disclosure is the rule, non-disclosure is the exception.
◆ Go online when you can, and don't play small in the exercise of your power.
◆ Welcome the supervision of all sectors of society
[Central People's Broadcasting Station, CCTV network reporter]: You just talked about decentralization talked about the open government, we have higher and higher expectations of the open government, the number of applications for disclosure of information in accordance with the law each year is also gradually increasing. But some places and departments are not enough to "give", the release of information is relatively late, we are a little anxious, some opinions. May I ask the Premier what you think?
[Li Keqiang]: open government and decentralization can be said to be the key to promote the transformation of government functions, the central government has also clearly required to promote open government, we also have to work in a number of areas. First of all, what should be made public should be made public in its entirety. Disclosure is the rule, non-disclosure is the exception. In particular, measures related to the public interest, budgetary revenue and expenditure, etc., should be increased publicity, so that the public like scanning the two-dimensional code as clear and unobstructed.
Second, what can be put online should be put online as far as possible. The Government's list of powers should be put on the Internet, and the operation of powers should also be put on the Internet and traces should be left behind, so as to reduce the room for discretion. Is it not often said that "the sky is watching while the people are doing it"? Now is the era of cloud computing, we have to let the "power in the use, the cloud is watching". The exercise of power should not be a small-minded game.
Thirdly, we must respond to the concerns of society in a timely manner. We have introduced some policies that are supposed to benefit the people and the people, and if the people do not understand them and have doubts, then they have to be explained. Some reasonable suggestions should be revised. To make the connotation of the policy transparent, but also respond to public opinion. Before the two sessions of this year, I asked the ministers of the State Council to take the initiative to speak out and answer reporters' questions. Isn't there a "ministerial channel"? I told them: You can't just walk away with your hands in the air when reporters ask you questions, you have to open your mouths and answer the questions directly. I heard that this year's ministers were well received by journalists, weren't they?
The disclosure of government affairs is also essentially to subject government power to supervision, which is also conducive to the Government's efficiency, and systematically avoids the abuse of power. We welcome supervision by all sectors of the community, including the media.
9Talking about "five insurance and one pension"
◆ The contribution ratios for work-related injuries, unemployment and maternity insurance have been lowered in the last year
◆ Overall there is room for appropriate adjustments
◆ More local autonomy can be given
[CCTV, CCTV.com, CCTV client reporter]: My question is about the "five insurance and one gold". Now the society to reduce the "five insurance and one gold" appeal is more concentrated, we may as well look at, if a worker's paycheck on a month income is8000dollars, he arrives with an income that is actually less than5000Dollars.3000The five insurance policies and one pension are all paid out in dollars. In addition, the "five insurance policies and one pension" is a very heavy burden for enterprises, and they feel the pressure is so great that both enterprises and employees would like to pay less. However, if they all contribute less, the imbalance between the income and expenditure of the social security fund, which is already very tight, may become even tighter. May I ask the Premier, how do you respond to these opinions from the society? And how do you solve such a thorny "dilemma"? Is this issue on the agenda of your government work this year and how are you going to solve it?
[Li Keqiang]: You have turned this three birds with one stone into "five insurance and one gold", the gold content has obviously increased. Many Chinese journalists may have encountered such a situation. I participated in the two sessions, some representatives and members also proposed to consider appropriate adjustments to the "five insurance and one gold" contribution ratio, the CPC Central Committee and State Council attaches great importance to this matter, the State Council last year on work-related injuries, unemployment, maternity insurance has in fact been adjusted downward its contribution ratio.
Of course, there is still room for appropriate adjustments to the "five risks and one pension" as a whole, and the situation varies from place to place. I have already said that the social security fund is abundant, under the unified framework of national regulations, we can give more autonomy to the local authorities, so that they can, according to the actual situation of the local community, stage by stage, appropriately adjust downward the proportion of the "five insurance and one pension" contributions can be done. The general idea is to let enterprises reduce their burden a little more, so that employees can get a little more cash.
10Talking about the "Three Rural Issues"
◆ To promote the coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization
◆ Allow more farmers to go to the city and those who are in a position to do so to stay in the city
◆ Promoting various forms of appropriate scale management to enable farmers to increase labor productivity
◆ Agriculture is always a vulnerable industry, and the state's support for agriculture will not be reduced, nor will the support for farmers be reduced
[Farmer's Daily Reporter]: In the last year9Months of corn will soon be harvested, the central government introduced a new corn storage price, the price almost fell more than 20%, although the structural adjustment of agriculture is also the general direction of the current supply-side reform, is also an inevitable requirement, but the farmers did lose a lot. May I ask the Premier, how do you think about this matter? Will there be better policies this year on this kind of grain subsidies and agricultural prices?
[Li Keqiang]: You have asked a big question that we are all very concerned about and attach great importance to, but in the interest of time, I can only answer briefly. Now the domestic price of agricultural products, mainly grain products, is higher than the international market, like corn, wheat and rice, almost per ton.600More than one yuan, mainly because our labor productivity is relatively low. The next step is to promote the coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization, so that more farmers can go to the city, and those who have the conditions can stay in the city, which can also increase the income of farmers. At the same time, we can promote various forms of moderate-scale operation, so that farmers can increase labor productivity, so that our agricultural products are more competitive. Of course, agriculture is always a vulnerable industry, and the state will not reduce its support for agriculture, nor will it reduce its support for farmers. The ultimate solution to China's problems lies in the fundamental solution of the farmers' problems, so that they can become rich and lead a modern and civilized life.
We will always attach great importance to the issue of the "three rural areas", and we will also attach great importance to the issue of how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers. As Members have come from many areas, I really do not have the time to answer all the questions, and I hope to see you again next year.
